What’s different about the 1967 gt 500 from the 1967 Ford Mustang FORD ELEANOR gt500 background?

I need to know what the difference between the two if anyone could holp me out my g/f is telling me that its a down grade?

    it was just a movie nickname for the 67 Shelby. but actually in the movie they used a custom clone which was later recreated by the market. No real Shelbys were used in the making of the movie or later cars…

    The Eleanor car is a customized 1967 1968 stock Mustang fastback. A real 1967 1968 Shelby looks much better and meaner than the Eleanor thing which is movie car and never existed until that movie.
