You could also have a plugged line to the sprayers. Its just a small plastic/rubber hose that you can generally follow along the side of the engine bay. Also check the sprayers, occasionally I have to use a needle to clean out the nozzles, so yours may be clogged.
All the advice above is good, but check one more thing. Make sure the rubber hose under the black slats (cowl) below your windshield hasn’t fallen off. My hose dry rotted and broke off my 90GT and there wasn’t any sign because the fluid just drained out the factory drains.
Windshield wiper pump? Check the fuse first for the pump, might be tied in with something else not working. If not then the pump cost a chunk of change.

The diffuser at the cowl must not be there or partially clogged.
take it to the car wash and spray high pressure into the holes and wash your car while your at it…it may just be plugged from wax

clean out the reservoir and run some vinegar through it like you would a coffee pot
