BBK cold air, radical B cam, Mac headers, off road H-pipes, flowmasters, oh and its an automatic so if anyone could help me aobut this it would be greatly apprieceited thanks

about 225 230 i think
Well it came with approximately 205 at the flywheel so my guestimation with around a 20-25% percent drive train loss plus the add ons would probably get you up to around 215 at the wheels maybe a little more.Get different heads and you will see a good gain in power.
I agree with the dude above. Everyone one thinks that just because you have a v8 that you have tons of horsepower. not true. I would on high say you get around 250-260. go get it dynoed and see for yourself.
you should be puting out somewhere in the neighberhood of of 250 crank horsepower the cam alone is worth about 15 hp the cai brings you in around 3-4 hp the h-pipe if it is 2.5 inch all the way back with the headers brings you to around 10 more i would alimanate the air pump next port the stock intake get underdrive pulleys and a bigger throttle body which should bring you into the 275 hp range also switch to a bigger mass air flow sensor
Stock 5.0′s usually make about 170 HP at the rear wheels, give or take a few HP. The automatic is going to eat up some HP. There is such a difference between auto and manual 5.0′s. Ford rated the 5.0 at 205 in 1993 but it is more or less the same motor from before that they rated at 225. Ford said they were using a new format to come up with their HP figures. The Cobras were rated at 235 HP but in reality made around 260. With your additions I wouldn’t expect a dramatic inscrease in HP. I think the biggest problem is the camshaft. Not sure if I would change the stock cam unless I had installed an intake and/or heads. Removing the cats actually makes a pretty big difference. I bet your around 200 HP at the rear wheels. Why don’t you get it dynod at a shop, it doesn’t cost much. Then come back and tell us how much HP it makes, I’m curious.
about 300 hp
