Just the obvious GT ground effects and a deluxe interior package.. The GT only came in 3 door and convertible V8′s, while the LX came in 2 door coupe, 3 door hatch back and convertible with either V8 or 4 cyl, early years offered a V6
for the 87 thru 93 model years the GT and LX options were only styling such as the Body kit, badging, rims, and price. They both share the same drive train and performance figures.
the gt looked hotter but for racing the lx was a lighter car also
