  1. i dont suggest putting a turbo on a car that already has a supercharger. it isnt practical to put two methods of forced induction on a car.
that car has just about as much as you can do to a 99 mustang (i have a mustang similar to yours btw)
if yo want to squeeze out a little more power i suggest a smaller pulley on the supercharger (more boost), and water/methanol injection.
you can get 100more hp with the water/methanol and it doesnt adversly affect your engine, its actually good for it.
water/methanol injection works very well with supercharged engines.

  2. You already have a high performance machine. At 16 I feel you will either lose your license or your life if you do any more work to the car. In answer to your question you can not put a turbo and a supercharger onto a car. You can however put another supercharger or nitrous to increase the power. If you want it quicker put lower gears on the rear diff if you want more top end put taller gears in the rear diff.

  3. You say it has a supercharger on it already, adding a turbo is likely overkill (IE, exploded pistons). Sounds like it is already a pretty high performance machine. You didn’t say where you live, but if you are in a state where you can, I would add headers and a good exhaust system, they will open up the exhaust side so that that supercharged engine can really work. An easy way to increase power with the supercharged engine is to change supercharger pulleys to increase the boost. This will require tuning the EFI system, and there is a limit based on fuel octane as to how much boost you can add. If the motor gets into detonation, it will destroy itself very quickly, so you want to limit the boost to what it will run on with available fuel. Well, good luck and enjoy.

  4. Leave the engine work as is, whoever set it up knew what they were doing. Start focusing on control of the HP. 3.73 gears, stiff up the rear end with beefy shocks, hardpan bars, make it stick to the ground more and that HP will transfer a lot better.

  5. UH? NO! Man you want more power just get a smaller pully for your supercharger.

  6. i second that you dont want to turbo a supercharged engine. if you really feel you need more power than you have already, pull the engine and transmission and drop a 460 stroked to 545 and a c-6 automatic into it. go to http://www.460ford.com and look for a guy called nitro lew. he has already done the swap.
