			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I had a new water pump put in&amp; a new cooling system wiring put in along with a new thermostat &amp; also had the radiator cap &amp; so on checked for pressure everything seems too be normal.  So why does my cars temp guage continue too rise the only way i can stop it from rising is put my heat on high.  Yes my cooling fan kicks in when the temp guage goes too half.  I can smell antifreeze &amp; hear gurgling sounds when i shut my car off.</p>
