Im 16 and bought this mustang and would like to make it a high performance machine, also does anyone have any suggestions on good performance aftermarket parts?

Its in okay condition. Nothin wrong with the body work
just might need a paint job.
It has three flatt tires.
Interior looks okay.
Im not shure about the engine though.
How much money should I offer.
